How do I find a Vacation Rental?
Which rental you choose will certainly depend on your personal needs. Here are some things to consider as you browse homes and narrow down your choices:
1. Your dates.
Our best homes rent very quickly. Some people even book their home a year in advance! If you know your dates, try to reserve a home as soon as you can. Concerned about booking too early? Here is some information about our cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Transfers: Should you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-rent the property. If we re-rent your home, all monies (less a $50.00 bookkeeping fee) will be returned within 45 days after receipt of the re-booking payment. If we are unable to re-rent the property, the full advance rent payment will be forfeited.
2. Your group size.
Whether you are booking a romantic getaway for two or hosting a huge family reunion, we have something that will fit your needs. By using our easy-to-use search tool, you can filter homes by number of guests or number of bedrooms.
