What amenities do you look for when booking a vacation rental home at the beach? There are probably a few must-haves, and some you didn't even know were an option.
Today we are going to explore some of the awesome amenities available in our Sunset Vacations rental homes, and hopefully guide towards the ideal home as you plan your next Sunset Beach vacation.
OUR AWESOME AMENITIES:
Fishing & Boat Docks
We have several properties (like "Watercolor") that are located either on the canal, bay or inlet.
These prime locations have docks from which you can launch a boat, kayak or paddleboard. Or, simply enjoy the serene view with a glass of wine. A dock also gives easy access to fishing.
Outdoor Showers
Sand is NOT the favorite part of a beach vacation for many people!
Having an outdoor shower on your property is so awesome. Wash away sand, sunscreen, and enter your vacation rental fresh and ready to relax.

Elevator
You want a view but those stairs can be intimidating! No worries.
When you rent a unit that includes an elevator, you can get yourself (and all your stuff) up to the main floor with no problem, like in this Sunset Beach rental, "Millie's Windfall".

Other amenities you might find:
Part of the fun when you rent a vacation home is checking it out once you arrive. Kids running from room to room, claiming their favorite. Walking out onto the sun deck to see what sort of view you are working with. And possibly finding surprises you didn't expect!
We can't possibly list every single amenity. After all, we manage 235 properties as of this writing! But look around. You might find fun extras like a fish cleaning sink, a ping pong table, a game room, dart board, or yard games like cornhole. Beach gear, chairs, umbrellas, and maybe even a kayak for your use. An awesome collection of 90's DVD. Jacuzzi tubs and stereo systems.
