What to Know about the Sunset Beach Planetarium
Located on High Market Street, the Ingram Planetarium is one of the most popular attractions in Sunset Beach. Open Mondays through Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., this state-of-the-art facility features a 40-foot domed ceiling. Learn about the universe during a dome show, which utilizes a high-definition system with surround sound. Shows take place on the hour from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Special laser shows take place on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 6 and 7 p.m.
