Exterior amenities include a screen porch with rockers, table and fan; sun deck and an outside deck off the kitchen/dinning room area which leads to the outside grill, an outside shower, picnic table, swings, exterior sink area & covered porch. Guests have access to a 2nd refrigerator and storage shed. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & STRICTLY NO PETS*** home. ***5 DAY MINIMUM - NO NIGHTLY RENTALS*** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
