The interior amenities consist of washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas stove, double oven, wine cooler, commercial ice maker, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, central heat & air, fireplace, 8 color cable TV's, DVD, wireless internet, ceiling fans, Alexa is in every bedroom, bathroom & kitchen and elevator. The exterior amenities include a heated pool, outside shower, permanent grill, solar panels, sun deck, covered porch and Pier. Off-Season Heated Pool cost is $250. Per Week (October- April depending on the temperature) All Guests must sign a liability contract for use of the pool and elevator keys. A $500 Refundable Security Deposit is also required. This home is a Linen ready home that provides the following linens: Linens for all beds, bath towels for number of guests and ahand towel for each bathroom. This is a NON SMOKING & NO PETS ALLOWED home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. ABSOLUTELY NO WEDDINGS ALLOWED !!!!
