Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air ***Please Note*** the HVAC system has an automatic shut off if the exterior doors are left open for more then 5 minutes - the unit will come back on as soon as exterior doors are shut. 2 color TV with Sling streaming Remotes: The TV in the living room uses only one remote for all functions. The TV in the master bedroom uses a TV remote and Roku remote for functions, wireless internet & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, sundeck & covered porch. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** home and allows up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional Fee.WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS; BIRDS; ETC ONLY DOGS. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
