Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screened porch (front and back) & covered porch. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** home and allows up to 2 dogs for an additional Fee....***NIGHTLY RENTALS - 3 NIGHT MINIMUM - Nightly rentals require a departure maid service. *** HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
