Exterior amenities include outside shower, screened porch, sundeck, covered porch, dock. The 3rd bathroom for this property is located on the ground level and is not accessible through the house. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service.  HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF FIRE PIT OR PERMANENT GRILL. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Sleeps 9.
