You will enjoy the abundance of natural wildlife frequenting the salt water marshes as you sit with family & friends on the screened porch or bask in the sun on the sun deck. This home also offers an elevator which comes with an additional fee, also an agreement must be signed for elevator usage. Please inform us when reservation is made if this amenity is needed.
