Interior amenities include dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, 2 coffee makers – 1 Keurig and 1 12-cup drip pot coffee maker, 2 crock pots (large and small), blender, toaster, central heat & air, washer, dryer, 3 smart TVs, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include a screened in porch, sun deck, outside shower, secure ground level storage, covered patio, as well as a permanent grill. There are also swings, shuffleboard, corn hole, beach equipment, picnic table, dining table, and a variety of outdoor seating on both levels to enjoy the lovely weather.  From the home, there is easy access to the stores and the pier.
