Exterior amenities include an outside shower, sun deck, ground level storage has refrigerator for guests use, covered porch & screen porch, a permanent grill. Easy access to the stores, close to the pier. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** home and allows 2 dogs per rental for an additional Fee. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS; BIRDS; ETC ONLY DOGS.
HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
