Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. There's a 3 night minimum on nightly stays during Labor Day....any other nights in the off season there is a 2 night minimum. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING
