Interior amenities are a double door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, flat top stove, washer, dryer, coffee maker, central heating and air, ceiling fans throughout the duplex, WIFI, 5TVs, 4 DVD players. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish sink, covered porch & sundeck. IN THE OFF SEASON, THIS HOME WILL ACCEPT NIGHTLY RENTALS WITH A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM. DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE IS REQUIRED.
