Why Ava Moon?
Ava Moon is named in honor of a special family connection — Ava Gardner, the Hollywood icon, was my grandmother’s first cousin.
When I came to look at this beach house, I found an old Our State magazine tucked in the bedroom closet with Ava on the cover. It felt like a little wink from the universe — like this home was meant to be part of my story.
You’ll see that same magazine framed above the dining room table, and the beach sign out front uses lettering based on Ava’s own handwriting. This place is full of personal touches and just a hint of old Hollywood glamour.

Ava Moon, is a lovely, newly remodeled privately owned, 2nd row single family, located on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, WIFI, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, central heat & air, 5 Smart TVs for streaming, DVD player & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include outside shower, permanent grill. screened porch, sundeck & covered porch.
This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. LINENS PROVIDED FOR 2023 (WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY). HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
