Exterior amenities include outside shower, screened porch, sundeck, covered porch, dock. The 3rd bathroom for this property is located downstairs and is not accessible through the house. (You must go outside to access this bathroom). Nightly rentals require a departure maid service. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NON PET FRIENDLY*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. OWNER DOES NOT ALLOW USE OF FIRE PIT OR PERMANENT GRILL.
