The beach access is beside the home at the 34th Street walkway. This is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home and sleeps up to 11 people. Indoor amenities include high speed internet, central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, extra beverage refrigerator, 5 color cable TVs (4 are streaming compatible), 2 DVD players, stereo/cd player & a Keurig coffee machine. Exterior amenities are a sundeck, screened porch, fish sink & outside shower. This is a Non Smoking & No Pets allowed home. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service. Home is not equipped for Electric Car Charging.
