Sea Pointe, a privately owned single family oceanfront home, located on the West end of the island. It is pet friendly & has a beach access located on the left side of the home. Weddings are allowed for an additional fee of $300. There is also a 1 bedroom 1 bath efficiency apt located below the home. Interior amenities include coffee maker, central heat & air, ceiling fans, 3 color TVs, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave & WIFI. Outside amenities include sundeck, outside shower (no enclosure) & covered breezeway. This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** home and allows up to 2 dogs for an additional FEE. WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS; BIRDS; ETC ONLY DOGS.
HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service.
